New Delhi: Parikul Bhardwaj, 13 Years is the live example of society leadership, motivation, selfless services on Himalayan. She is trained to learn how to save lives in high mountains. She is the First & Youngest Female Social Worker & Rescuer of High Altitude. Now she will be honored by the President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind by Pardhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2020. The award will be given at President’s house on 22 Jan, This award is the highest honor for the brave children of India. The award carries One Medal, Citation, Certifications’ and cash of one lakh. Prime Minister Modi will also meet & honor these children on 24 January. The winner of this award carries a special high-class honor on the Republic Day Parade.
She has displayed Extraordinary, Courageous, Bravery, Passion, Dedicated services and commitment toward the society. She is providing highly risky social services at Himalaya, to all individuals regardless of class, creed, religion or area. During her entire summer vacation of 2017, 2018 & 2019, She provided continuous 45 days non-stop social services to the Kedarnath pilgrims at an altitude of 12000 feet, under minus 7-degree temperature.
She does the things that make India proud, On 2nd June, 2019 she served & saved the precious lives of many pilgrims, who suddenly fell ill due to ice-cold weather at an altitude of 12000 feet in Uttrakhand. She responded first and took them to Six Sigma High Altitude Hospital Kedarnath. She connects pilgrims with supreme god. She is the youngest asset to the nation, Parikul is rigorously trained under the joint exercise of Six Sigma High Altitude, ITBP, NDRF, BSF and Air Force in high altitude rescue. Her selfless work of Sweat and Passions is also highlighted by “National Geographic Channel”. Today’s Nation salutes her & feels proud of Parikul & Family’s. She got inspiration from her parents & grandparents.
