Rajasthan District Hanumangarh’s Upcoming Gogamedi Annual Fair Postponed in View of Covid-19

Chandigarh, July 29 – Gogamedi Annual Fair is proposed to be held in the month of August at Gogamedi, in district Hanumangarh, Rajasthan has been postponed in view of Covid-19. In this regard, information has been sent by the Rajasthan Government to the Haryana Government so that devotees who visit this fair don’t go to attend this Fair.

Giving this information, an official spokesperson said that Gogamedi Fair is organized every year at Shri Goga ji temple in Nohar Tehsil of Hanumangarh district, Rajasthan, which attracts lakhs of devotees from nearby states as well. This time the fair was proposed to be held in the month of August, 2020. He said that the Rajasthan Government has postponed the Gogamedi Fair in view of the safety of the health of devotees amid circumstances arising due to Covid-19.
