Chandigarh/ Panchkula, December 08, 2019: One World Sutra, a holistic personal and spiritual development group, hosted a charity yoga and meditation camp at Kisan Bhawan, Sector 14, Panchkula today. Swarleen Kaur and Charu Chhibber hosted the yoga and meditation camp titled ‘Seven Keys to Transform Your Life’. Around 40 individuals from diverse walks of life from Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali participated in the camp. Swarleen Kaur, a certified yoga and meditation instructor, guided the participants through the 90-minute session. Swarleen explained that the Seven Keys included subtle yogic exercises, meditation techniques based on ancient yoga sadhana, the learning from Sufi mystics and tantra.
Charu Chhibber said that the workshop had been designed in the way that participants could pick any technique or combination of techniques to incorporate them in their daily lives. Mr Narottam Kakkar, an insurance agent who was one of the participants in the yoga camp said he had observed that a large section of people in the society suffer from either physical ailments or mental stresses. Mr. Kakkar said that such yoga and meditation exercises and techniques, if followed on a daily basis, could significantly help in achieving inner peace and harmony. One World Sutra plans to make such camps a regular activity in the tricity to promote yoga and meditation for achieving holistic health for all.
